High season — November and December dates go fast

A launch party people talk about after the units sell.

Presentation centre launches, broker events and developer galas all compete for the same thing: a room that remembers the evening, not just the floor plan. Close-up magic gives buyers and brokers a moment that has nothing to do with the pitch.

Why it works

Warms a room full of strangers, fast

A row of guests reacting together with jaws dropped during a performance at a corporate event

Bosa Properties books this. A presentation centre launch or a broker event puts a lot of people who don't know each other in one room, often with a sales conversation waiting. Close-up magic breaks that tension in under two minutes, and it leaves people talking about the moment rather than immediately comparing notes on price per square foot.

It works standing, with a drink in hand, and needs nothing from the venue, which matters at a presentation centre that wasn't built with a stage in mind.

A typical event of 50 to 200 guests runs $2,000 for close-up magic, $3,000 for a stage show, or $4,000 for both. November and December are premium months and sell out first. Through that season I book the full evening only, at a flat $5,000, with no smaller packages.
