Built for the biggest rooms in the industry

Mining and resource events regularly run several hundred seats, mixing executives, investors and site teams in one room for a convention reception or an awards banquet. Close-up magic scales naturally with room size, since it works one small huddle at a time rather than performing to the whole room at once.
The after-dinner stage show is the format that plays largest, built to read clearly from the back of a three hundred seat ballroom, timed around a formal program and awards presentations.

Around the tables
Worked table to table as dinner starts, so nobody has to move and nobody gets missed.

The stage show reads from the back of a three hundred seat ballroom, not just the front tables.
“I first met Kel at our company's Christmas party. It was a large event with about 200 people.”

Companies that have booked

Teck Resources and Endeavour Silver, including a full evening at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver, reception through the awards program, for a three hundred seat crowd.
The Endeavour night was a Party Pros booking, which means Mike Oulton and I ran the whole evening between us. He took the MC role, the games, the prizes and the comedy; I did close-up through the cocktail hour and a full interactive show after dinner. Nobody had to coordinate two vendors, because there weren't two vendors. Dan Olson was in that room, and he booked me for a private party the following January.

Large events of 200 or more guests run $5,000 for a full appearance, reception plus show. A reception-only booking, close-up magic while guests arrive and mingle, runs $2,000. November and December are premium months and sell out first. Through that season I book the full evening only, at a flat $5,000, with no smaller packages.

The whole floor, leaning in.
